show Abstracthide AbstractThe International Pseudomonas aeruginosa Consortium is sequencing over 1000 genomes for the study of Pseudomonas genome evolution, antibiotic resistance and virulence genes. Metadata for each isolate are available through the International Pseudomonas Consortium Database (IPCD). The ultimate goal of the project is to link bacterial phenotype, genotype and clinical data, with a focus on the development of prognostic approaches to treating Cystic Fibrosis infections.
